Conveyor Components

Rollers: We supply a wide variety of rollers to suit every application, including trough, impact, suspended, rubber lagged, vee, and flat return rollers. These are available in steel, HDPE, and rubber disc options, with shell thicknesses above industry standards. Each roller is fully welded with a bearing housing to eliminate the risk of belt cutting and damage, and sealed for life with multi-labyrinth seals. Our rollers are available in sizes ranging from 89mm to 178mm in diameter, with varying bearing and shaft configurations.
Frames: Our conveyor frames are fully engineered and fit for purpose, designed to meet the specific requirements of your operation. We offer frames in galvanised as standard, with powder-coated options available upon request. Our range includes carry and return frames, vee return, retractable, impact, jackdown, transition, picking, and training frames (both carry and return). Frames are available in widths from 450mm up to 3000mm and can be designed to accommodate any roller configuration and belt width.
Conveyor Belts: We supply fabric, steel cord, solid woven, and PVC belts to suit a wide range of applications, from heavy-duty mining and quarrying operations to food handling and everything in between. Our belts are designed for durability and performance, ensuring your conveyor systems operate efficiently under all conditions.
Skirt Rubber: We offer a variety of skirt rubber options, including plain rubber, fabric ply, and urethane skirting. These are available in different sizes to suit your specific application, along with sheet and strip lagging in various widths. Our skirt rubber is designed to provide optimal sealing and minimise material spillage, enhancing the efficiency and safety of your conveyor systems.
Pulley Lagging: To improve the grip and extend the life of your conveyor pulleys, we provide strip lagging in plain, diamond, and ceramic options, available in both rubber and ceramic materials. Our lagging is suitable for belt widths from 450mm to 3000mm and comes in natural rubber and FRAS with a CN bonding layer for superior adhesion and durability.
Belt Cleaners: Keeping your conveyor belts clean and reducing carryback is essential for maintaining efficient operations. We supply a full range of belt cleaners, including tips and blades to suit your existing units in H, P, R, and U types, as well as complete blade configurations. Additionally, we offer return ploughs in single and double pole, diagonal pole, and floating designs.
Fasteners: When it comes to belt repairs, we provide a wide variety of fasteners and installation tools to get your conveyor systems up and running quickly. Our range includes bolt solid plate, rivet hinged, staple, and lacing fasteners, along with essential tools such as belt cutters, belt skives, and clamps.

Whether you need pulleys for small PVC belts or for handling heavy loads over long distances, we offer a wide range of sizes and lagging options to meet your specific needs.
Pulleyman Winch
The Pulleyman Winch is a revolutionary tool that sets a new standard in portable lifting technology. Designed to be multifunctional and adaptable, this drill-driven winch performs the functions of a conventional hoist, winch, and chain block, all in one lightweight unit. With a weight of just 3.5kg, the Pulleyman Winch is easy to transport and use in a variety of environments, making it ideal for applications where space is limited, and power supply may not be readily available.
The Pulleyman Winch offers a vertical lifting capacity of 300kg on a single cable pull or 600kg on a double cable pull, with a pulling load capacity of up to 1500kg on a single cable and 3000kg on a double cable. It is equipped with a 4.76mm diameter cable available in lengths of 12m (standard), 20m, 30m, and 50m, allowing for versatile use in different scenarios. The winch’s 360-degree working angle and automatic brake holding function ensure safety and ease of operation, making it suitable for use in mining, construction, air conditioning installation, agricultural, marine, and conveyor belt installation industries.
Legodock Pontoon Systems
Our Legodock pontoon systems represent the ultimate in flexibility and durability for marine and industrial docking needs. Originally developed in Europe in the 1970s, the Legodock system has evolved into a versatile and eco-friendly solution that meets the demands of modern industries. The interlocking design of the Legodock provides unparalleled configuration options, making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including temporary bridges, floating platforms, mooring systems, and more.
Each Legodock cube is made from UV-stabilised, 100% recyclable HDPE compound, with a wall thickness of 7mm, providing exceptional strength and durability. The cubes measure 500mm(L) x 500mm(W) x 400mm(H) and weigh just 6.8kg, yet they can support over 90kg each. Nine cubes can hold an impressive 1 tonne, making them ideal for use in both shallow watercourses and areas subject to small to medium waves. The Legodock system is easy to install and dismantle, making it a cost-effective and practical solution for both temporary and permanent installations.
