LEGODOCK PONTOON SYSTEMS

Kimbah Industrial’s Eco-friendly marine pontoon solution with flexible configuration, simple installation and extreme durability. Originating in Europe in the 1970’s, the Legodock has been refined over time to what we have today, an interlocking design that provides the best and safest modular drive-on dock on the market. Each block holds over 90kg, with 9 cubes able to hold an impressive 1 tonne making them perfect for pontoons and temporary work platforms.

Cubes are air filled (rigid, hollow compartment with no foam or fillers) HDPE compound with a wall thickness of 7mm measuring 500mm(L) x 500mm(W) x 400mm(H) and weigh just 6.8kg. Held together with a connecting pin, the versatility is only matched by your imagination. UV stabilised and 100% recyclable, the Legodock system offers incredible flotation that is resistant to sun damage and will last for years. Cubes only draw 50-100mm of water unloaded so are able to be used in the shallowest of water courses and resistant to small to medium waves, dissipating energy every 50cm allowing them to roll with the swell.

Uses include mooring watercraft, pier construction, temporary bridges, floating jetties, transport and working platforms, landing stages, breakwaters, pollution containment, leisure and recreation pontoons and wharf protection.

Add our handrail system and you have a very safe and stable platform that can be set up as a permanent structure or disassembled once the project is finished.
