Our Products Include:

ROLLERS

We supply a broad range of rollers to suit every application, trough, impact, suspended, hot vulcanised, flat return tracking, vee and flat return rollers.

All available in steel, HDPE and rubber disc. Shell thickness above industry standard, fully welded (steel roller) bearing housing to eliminate risk of belt cutting and damage, sealed for life bearings, multi labyrinth seals. Available in a range of sizes from 89mm to 178mm diameter with varying bearing/shaft configurations.

FRAMES

Fully engineered fit for purpose conveyor frames designed to suit your application supplied in galvanised (standard) or powder coated (available on request).

Variations include carry and return frames, vee return, retractable, impact, jackdown, transition, picking and training (carry and return). Available in widths from 450mm up to 3000mm and can be designed to suit any roller configuration and belt width.

Conveyor Belts

Fabric, steel cord, solid woven and PVC belts to suit numerous applications from mining and quarries through to food handling and everything in between.

Skirt Rubber

Whether you require plain rubber, fabric ply or urethane skirting we have you covered.

Available in a range of sizes to suit your application, sheet and strip lagging and varying widths.

Pulley Lagging

Strip lagging in plain, diamond and ceramic available in rubber or ceramic, belt widths 450 to 3000mm, natural rubber and FRAS complete with CN bonding layer.

Cleaners

Full range of cleaners to keep your belt clean and reduce carryback.

We can supply full cleaners or tips/blades to suit your existing units in H, P, R and U type as well as full blade configuration. We also supply return ploughs in single and double pole, diagonal pole and floating.

Fasteners

Whatever your belt thickness we have a wide variety of fasteners and installation tools to get you moving again.

Including bolt solid plate, rivet hinged, staple and lacing fasteners as well as belt cutters, belt skives and clamps.

Pulleys

We manufacture and design complete pulleys to the highest engineering standards for exceptional performance and longevity across all applications from the smallest PVC belts to handling heavy loads over long distances.

We offer a wide range of pulley sizes and lagging options to cater to your specific needs.
